I’m a new client - how do I get started?

Welcome! We can’t wait to meet you. The first step is to explore our services and choose the one that best fits your needs—whether that’s dimensional lived-in color, seamless extensions, precision cuts, smoothing treatments, or luxury hair care. Then, simply book online.

What is your cancelation policy & how do I reschedule?

To respect everyone’s time, we request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled within 48 hours incur 50% of the service fee, while no-shows are charged 100%. Full details can be found in our Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment directly in the Gloss Genius app by locating your confirmation email and selecting ‘Manage my appointment’ at the bottom. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, you may also email the salon at Rinsesalon0826@icloud.com or call us at (401) 575-2573.

Will photos or videos be taken during my appointment, and can I opt out?

At Rinse Luxury Salon, we love celebrating our artistry and the transformations we create. During your appointment, we may capture photos or videos to share on our social media channels, website, and other marketing platforms. Your comfort and privacy are always our priority—if you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, simply let your stylist know and we’ll happily respect your wishes.

How do I tip my stylist, and what forms of payment are accepted?

Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. You’re welcome to tip in cash or add gratuity to your card payment at checkout—whichever is most convenient for you.
